Personal Dashboard
OneGateway provides the Dashboard and Cost & Usage pages for members—all showing your own call data. Open each page from the console's left navigation.
| Page | What to review |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | How much quota is left, whether your API keys are healthy, and recent spending and usage |
| Cost & Usage → Cost | How much you spent on a selected day or month, and which models it went to |
| Cost & Usage → Usage | Token usage and API request counts for a selected day or month |
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your personal home page, organized into sections for quota, credential status, and recent activity.
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
| Personal Quota | Remaining Quota for the current cycle, plus used amount, Total Quota, reset period (for example, Resets Monthly), and next reset time. If no quota has been assigned, the card prompts you to contact an administrator |
| API Key Status | Name, status (for example, Ready to Use), quota utilization, and expiration (for example, Never Expires) of the current API key. With multiple keys, use the dots at the bottom of the card to switch |
| Usage Overview | Switch between Last Hour, Last 24 Hours, and Last 7 Days to view total cost, total token usage (input and output), Total Successful Requests, and Avg. Cost per Request |
| Trend Analysis | Total Cost Across All API Keys for the last 7 days. The gray dashed line is the total across all API keys; each other line is one API key |
| Top 5 Models | The 5 most-used models, ranked by Tokens, Cost, or Requests |
The progress bar changes color as quota usage approaches or exceeds the limit. When quota runs low, ask an administrator to adjust this period's quota, or add quota with a redemption-code top-up.
Trend analysis always shows the last 7 days and does not follow the period selection above.
Cost & Usage
The Cost and Usage tabs of the Cost & Usage page share the layout and reading approach of the administrator view. See the Cost and Usage sections of Dashboard & Analytics.
Your pages differ in these ways:
- Data scope: They include only your own calls, never other people's or department data.
- Filters: You can filter by API key and model; there are no department or user filters.
- Detail section: The last section breaks cost and usage down by API key, instead of a member/department detail table.
To pinpoint a specific call (why a request failed, how long it took), open Request Logs.
